Amos 7:10-12

¹⁰ Then Amaziah, the priest of Beth-el, sent word to King Jeroboam of Israel, saying: “Amos has been conspiring against you in the midst of the house of Israel. The land cannot endure all his words. ¹¹ For this is what Amos has said: ‘Jeroboam will die by the sword, and Israel will surely go captive from his land.’”

¹² Then Amaziah said to Amos: “Seer, go away! Flee back to the land of Judah. Eat bread there, and prophesy there.
